Event Safety during the COVID-19 Pandemic

  • ULA is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our 2022 annual conference. In keeping with this, ULA is requiring all attendees have up to date COVID-19 vaccinations.  Attendees will need to upload their vaccination card through the Docket App and show proof of vaccination in the app upon entry.
  • For attendees who are unvaccinated or cannot prove vaccination status, they will be required to show proof of negative PCR COVID-19 test from the last 72 hours upon entry.
  • Masks will be required indoors, except while presenting.
  • Seating at the conference will promote physical distancing.
  • Individuals are encouraged to monitor symptoms and be tested for COVID-19 before attending.  Those who have symptoms or test positive should stay home and contact ULA about cancelling or reassigning registration.
