Conference Notes

• If you are not a ULA or MPLA member, you will save money by becoming a member or renewing your membership prior to registering for the conference. • Pre-conferences offered on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, as well as lunches on Thursday, May 9th and Friday, May 10th are included with a Full Conference Registration. (The lunch is a boxed lunch on Friday.) Lunch is also included for single day only (Thursday or Friday) attendees.
  
  
• Pre-conferences are offered for a $85 fee per pre-conference for those who are not attending the conference. 
  
• Early registration rates are in effect until midnight on Sunday, March 31, 2024.

Event Safety during the COVID-19 Pandemic

• ULA and MPLA are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for our annual conference. At this time, we are following CDC guidelines and not requiring masks or proof of Covid-19 vaccinations. However, our policies may change based on CDC guidelines. Those who have symptoms should stay home and contact ULA about canceling or reassigning registration.
  

• There will be seating options at all-conference events for those who prefer physical distancing.

• Individuals are encouraged to monitor symptoms and be tested for COVID-19 before attending.  Those who have symptoms or test positive should stay home and contact ULA about cancelling or reassigning registration.

• ULA and MPLA will continue to monitor COVID-19 conditions and make adjustments as needed.

Group Registrations

If your group or institution would like to pay for several registrations together, please have every individual register on their own, then select "Invoice Me" on the payment page. Once everyone has registered, send your complete list of everyone you'd like to pay for to Mindy Hale at mhale@ula.org, and she will send you one invoice for your group.

• Conference registrations canceled on or before April 19, 2024 will be refunded less a $20.00 administrative fee.

• Registrations canceled after April 19, 2024 will not receive a refund; however, registration fees can be transferred to another individual.

• In the event that ULA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded in full.
