2025 Utah Library Association Annual Conference

Awards Additional Guest Registration – $25.00
Award recipients can register themselves and one guest for the the awards luncheon. Any additional guests will need to register and pay $25 to cover their meal.

Conference Notes

If you are not a ULA member, you will save money by becoming a member or renewing your membership prior to registering for the conference. ULA members are eligible for the ULA Member rates. Click here for membership information.
Pre-conferences offered on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 as well as lunches on Wednesday, May 14th and Thursday, May 15th are included with a Full Conference Registration. Lunch is also included for single day only (Wednesday or Thursday) attendees.
Pre-conferences are offered for a $85 fee per pre-conference for those who are not attending the conference.
Early registration rates are in effect until midnight on Monday, March 31, 2025.

Group Registrations

Have everyone in your group register for the conference and select "invoice me" on the payment page.
Once everyone has registered, send a list of everyone in your group to Mindy Hale, mhale@ula.org. She will send one invoice to you for the entire group.

Cancellations and Refunds

Conference registrations canceled on or before April 28th, 2025 will be refunded less a $20.00 administrative fee.

Registrations canceled after April 28th, 2025 will not receive a refund; however, registration fees can be transferred to another individual.

In the event that ULA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded in full.
