12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Lunch and Recorded Address – Erin Warnick (ULA President)

1:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Yoto’s in the Library – Ann-Marie Marchant (Provo Library)

1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.:
a) Tips for Teen Success: When Teens are in your Library - and When They're Not - Kaitlyn Gundlach and friends (SLCo Library System)
b) The Best of Story Time Books – Katrina Kmak (Park City Library)

2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.:
a) When You Care Enough to Steal the Very Best – Resources for YS and School Librarians: Lindsey North (Uinta County Libraries)
b) Tales from the Trenches: A Guided Discussion on Some of the More Notable Goings On in Our Libraries and Solutions to Them – Katrina Kmak (Park City Library)

3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Reaching the Reluctant Reader – YSRT Committee

4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Library Tour and Create Space keychain project

Registration Fees:

$40 In-person Registration (after February 28, 2025 lunch will not be guaranteed)

$25 Virtual Registration - no lunch provided

Scholarship funds for the registration fee are available. Apply for a scholarship here.

Cancellation Policy

Workshop registrations canceled on or before February 28, 2025 will be refunded less a $10 administrative fee.

Registrations canceled after March 1, 2024 will not receive a refund; however, registration fees can be transferred to another individual.
In the event that ULA must cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded in full.
