Registration

  • Award recipients can register themselves and one guest for the the awards luncheon. Any additional guests or Wednesday luncheon guests will need to register and pay $40 to cover their meal.
  • Please ensure you register and pay for each pre-conference you wish to attend.

Join us at the Utah Valley Convention Center in Provo, Utah for the 2026 ULA Annual Conference!

Conference Notes

  • If you are not a ULA member, you will save money by becoming a member or renewing your membership prior to registering for the conference. ULA members are eligible for the ULA Member rates. Click here for membership information.
  • Pre-conferences offered on Monday, May 18th, 2026, as well as lunches on Tuesday, May 19th and Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 are included with a Full Conference Registration. Lunch is also included for single day only (Tuesday or Wednesday) attendees.
  • Pre-conferences are offered for a $85 fee per pre-conference for those who are not attending the conference. 
  • Early registration rates are in effect until midnight on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026.

Housing

Group Invoicing (Single Payment for Multiple Attendees)

Each attendee must register individually for the conference so they can select their personal preferences (including meal choices and ADA accommodations).

If your organization would like to submit one combined payment for multiple attendees:

  1. Have each person complete their individual conference registration and select “Invoice Me” on the payment page.
  2. After all registrations are submitted, email a list of all attendees in your group to Mindy Hale at mhale@ula.org.
  3. A single combined invoice will be issued for the full group.


Cancellations and Refunds

  • Conference registrations canceled on or before April 30th, 2026 will be refunded less a $20.00 administrative fee.
  • Registrations canceled after April 30th, 2026 will not receive a refund; however, registration fees can be transferred to another individual.
  • In the event that ULA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded in full.
